I love the layout and color. Teal and turquoise are my favorite! :D I mostly resonated with your blog about site manifestos and I dug a little deeper and read the link to Layercakes's Manifes-don't. I definitely agree that some of the people making their own websites are "just saying" these things without believing them. Your blog and the linked article invited me to think deeper on my own manifesto that I'm soon to write on my own site. I greatly appreciate the knowledge and inspiration provided. I'll be linking your button on my own site! :)

hey, thank you for leaving such a detailed message! i appreciate that you looked into my blog... when i posted it, i felt like maybe it came off as me ranting aimlessly (LOL) - but, by contrast, it's been very refreshing to see how many people have agreed with my stance on 'performative' manifestos. i am glad it gave you something to think about in terms of writing your own!

the dopamine that has hit my FF7 nostalgia, back when it was my main hyperfixation is in MAD OVERDRIVE <3 i absolutely love your site, and reading some of your blog entries, theres a lot i agree on as far as how some people tend to follow trends instead of genuinely liking things for what they are :l and even though he isnt talked about often, its pretty interesting to stumble across someone who likes Rufus (i tend to be a Zack girly~) anyways! i love your site, all of your hard work shows super well! <33

Replied on: August 8, 2026 at 12:22:38 AM

heyyy fellow FF7 fan!!! thank you so much for the detailed comment :D i'm glad you agree with my take on trendslop lol. it's very easy for people to get wrapped up in whatever's popular so i think in that sense a lot of people have lost their individuality. bleghhh i like to think of myself as one of the 5 Rufus fans that exist online lol, it's definitely a niche choice of FF7 characters to enjoy but i love carrying his teeny-tiny fandom on my back. LOL a lot of my friends love Zack and i do as well!! he's so awesome and i cry every time i finish Crisis Core because i love him too much take care, your site has such a cute color scheme btw
